Director
Jeremy Smith has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with over 14 years of experience working for one of the worlds largest engineering and consulting firms. He has delivered all aspects of multidisciplinary engineering projects including; functional design, design development, issued for construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and delivery as a contracts administrator. His technical background in structural and civil design paired with extensive on-site construction experience and working closely with local and state government, water authorities and contractors make him well placed to understand the delivery of building and infrastructure projects.

Darcy Colling is an experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor of Business (Management) and over 10 years of experience working in the public and private sectors for a range of agencies, large business, cooperatives and SMEs in asset management, public infrastructure planning, project delivery, operations and maintenance. With experience delivering projects including investigation and funding opportunity pursuits, construction phase delivery, design programs, maintenance programs, asset management and information system implementations, he pursues developing an engaging environment, streamlining processes and utilising technology to deliver lasting outcomes.
Luke Hives
Lead Engineer
Luke Hives is a dynamic and capable Lead Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Civil). With experience designing, managing and mentoring in a global engineering and design firm and Local Government, he brings an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to problem solving and work execution. Integrating well into any team, Luke is able to effectively design, engineer, coordinate and deliver projects ranging from municipal infrastructure, state roads, subdivisions, water, sewer and drainage design, drawing/drafting management practices and works coordination. With experiences in infrastructure operations and works, engineering and project initiation, Luke can help identify, define and overcome infrastructure issues and opportunities.
Lauren Calleja
Technical Officer
Lauren Calleja is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Chemical). She runs a family garden and facility maintenance company as well as participates in numerous community and professional volunteer groups. Lauren has undertaken a number of trainee programs with global engineering and consultancy firms and brings a highly capable level of time management, coordination and communication to her work. Her experience with investigation, analysis, reporting, coordination and engagement make her well rounded to support project and business development outcomes for our clients.
Von Ryan Clamor
Senior Engineer
Von Ryan Clamor is a skilled and knowledgeable Senior Structural Engineer with a Bachelor of Science (Civil) and 10 years experience in Engineering spread across a large range of sectors and projects. He brings to the team a great deal of enthusiasm, technical knowledge and experience in residential, commercial and industrial buildings, treatment plants, bridges and reservoirs. With his skill and experience, Von drives our Structural Engineering assessments and designs.
Tom Burnett
Civil Engineer
Tom Burnett is a talented Designer and Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) (Civil) and 5 years experience. Tom brings an excellent design and modelling capability using 12d, CAD and Navisworks/BIM packages to deliver quality design and documentation for roads, drainage, water sensitive urban design (WSUD) and urban developments. This capability combined with his experience with construction supervision, OH&S, contract administration and estimating provide for a diverse and considered capability for the full project delivery cycle.
Tash Burgess
Landscape Architect
Tash Burgess is a Landscape Architect having recently completed her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours). She has previously worked in horticulture and environmental resource management across both public and private sectors.Tash is proficient in rendering using Adobe Suite and CAD applications to prepare packages from concept through to construction documentation. She is passionate about permaculture principles to create sustainable landscapes that enrich our community.
Faith Deans
Senior Environmental Scientist
Faith Deans has a Bachelor of Science (Environmental) with 20 years experience working in both government and for the last 13 years in a large consulting firm. She has been extensively involved in the delivery of environmental water projects across the Murray Darling Basin with her experience extending across all areas of project delivery including project planning, investment proposals, project prioritisation and management plans. Faith has worked closely with federal, state and local natural resource agencies, providing valuable knowledge, skill and capability to support organisations deliver their objectives.
Riezee Dela Cruz
Senior Civil Engineer
Riezee Dela Cruz is an adept Senior Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and over 6 years of experience. Having worked on a range of infrastructure, transport and urban projects from modelling to design documentation and reports, her skill and experience means she is able to lead and support projects of various scale and scope including urban/rural roads, subdivisions, commercial developments, drainage, water, and sewer design. As a former feature editor for engineering publications and a passionate writer, Riezee brings a great proficiency and zeal to engineering reports, design basis, technical specifications and existing utilities overview. Her skill, creative flair and experience help her drive our engineering design capability.
Nam Nguyen
Senior Structural Engineer
Nam Nguyen is a highly qualified Senior Structural Engineer, holding a Ph.D in Structural and Earthquake Engineering and registrations and affiliations with many organisations across Australia including MIEAust, RPEng, RPEQ and NER. He has extensive experience with the design of steel, reinforced concrete, and steel concrete composite structures. Nam has worked on a variety of commercial projects including apartments, hotels, hospitals, retail and office developments. His ability to work across a project lifecycle providing a high level of technical competence help drive valuable outcomes even in the most complex projects.
Zeb Johnson
Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager
Zeb Johnson is an experienced Engineer and Project Manager with a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class Honours)(Mech/Aero). He has experience managing projects involving many engineering disciplines including Civil, Structural, Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical and ICT. In addition to Project Management, he has several years of technical engineering design experience, specialising in Building Services, Automation, and Energy Management. More recently he has been focussed on coordinating larger multidiscipline teams to deliver on infrastructure projects in both design and construction. Zeb's enthusiasm, broad knowledge and on-site experience allow him to push projects and deal with complex and challenging situations.

Tom Doyle is an experienced and capable Structural Designer and Drafter with an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural). He is capable of technical design and detailing across buildings, infrastructure, and construction supervision. He possesses strong adaptability and attention to detail. Tom's contribution to our design processes, collaboration, coordination and design and documentation delivery are key to providing quality outcomes for our team and clients.
Arosh Gunawardena

Arosh Gunawardena highly skilled professional Senior Engineer with a Masters of Engineering (Civil) (First Class Honours) and dual Bachelor in Engineering (Civil - Honours) and Commerce (Accounting). Arosh is a versatile Senior Civil Engineer with experience in multiple sectors including water, sewer, drainage, roads, land development, gas and supporting infrastructure. As an advanced modeller, engineer and programmer, he has the ability to support and improve the value of our processes, people and the solutions we create. His wide range of skills and comprehensive project experience brings immense value to our team, how we do things and the outcomes we deliver.

Senior Project Manager
Penny Everingham is a Project Manager with a Masters of Environmental Science and a Graduate Certificate of Management. She has extensive experience in project scoping, project management and facilitation across all levels of Government. With her experiences developing, supporting, coordinating and delivering community projects for local Government, through to strategies for nationally significant initiatives, and her keen interest in creating value for local communities, the environment and the broader public, Penny helps drive sustainable outcomes for our projects and clients.

Sam Hall is a passionate Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology (Mechanical). Sam has experience designing in a global engineering firm and Local Government, as well as lecturing in an academic environment. Sam brings a broad range of design capabilities using 12d, Civil 3D, Civil Site Design, InfraWorks, Navisworks to deliver high quality design and documentation for urban and rural roads, drainage, defence, water sensitive urban design (WSUD) in green- and brownfield developments. As a civil engineer and academic lecturer, Sam brings a thorough and technical focus to the solutions we create. His diverse experience and skills always ensure the best outcome for our clients.
Sid Gupta
Senior Structural Engineer
Sid Gupta is a friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Senior Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and registrations as a Professional Engineer (VIC; Civil and Structural) and the National Engineering Register. Having worked across civil and structural engineering design, project management and project construction support, in various sectors including aged care, housing, infrastructure, retail and commercial development. With his positive attitude, approachability and experience coordinating teams, he provides client support, and leadership for our structural group across the broader group.
